1. Use of Services

WelNext provides administrative and coordination services to insurance companies. WelNext does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

2. Data Ownership

All personal and medical data remains the property of the respective insurance company. WelNext acts as a service provider/data processor.

3. User Obligations

Users must:

• Use systems only for authorized purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of credentials
• Comply with applicable laws and insurer guidelines

4. Confidentiality

All information accessed through WelNext systems is confidential and must not be disclosed without authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

WelNext is not responsible for medical decisions, test results, or actions of third-party diagnostic centers.

6. Payouts to Diagnostic Centers

WelNext uses Cashfree Payments (India) Private Limited as its payment and payout partner to process disbursements to diagnostic centers on behalf of insurance companies. Diagnostic centers' bank account and beneficiary details are collected and shared with Cashfree solely for the purpose of processing these payouts, and are not used for any other purpose.

7. Cancellation, Refund and Reimbursement of Payouts

A payout initiated to a diagnostic center may be cancelled or reversed by WelNext at any time before it is settled, including where a service is cancelled, a case is closed, or an error is identified. Where a reversal is required after a payout has been settled, the refund shall be processed through bank transfer within 30-60 days of confirmation from the insurance company and diagnostic center concerned. A diagnostic center may also raise a cancellation or dispute by contacting WelNext at the email address in Section 9 (Contact), subject to WelNext verifying the diagnostic center's identity and the details of the payout concerned. On verification, the diagnostic center shall be intimated of the outcome. Reimbursements on any cancellation or reversal shall be subject to applicable deductions, and there shall be no reimbursement of expenses borne by a diagnostic center without WelNext's prior consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
